Our Sparkling Rosè wine 2023 is made with a selected blend of Pinot bianco, Verdiso and Merlot from vines in Premaor, Miane, Treviso, Veneto, Italy. Sono Bella in Rosa is bottled with indigenous yeasts, “sui lieviti” in Italian. This wine goes through a first fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures, we bottle in the Spring time following the harvest. With the warmer temperatures of spring the newly bottled wines finish the fermentation converting the residual sugar to CO2 to make a sparkling wine.
